This new build high-end mixed use residential and commercial development in Surbiton, Surrey required a 35% site-wide CO2 reduction to ensure compliance with Part L2 of the Building Regulations.

With sedum roofs specified throughout, to further assist in meeting the compliance target, our bespoke mounting system design raises the panels off the roof surface to allow the sedum to grow underneath

The 136 panel – 40.20 kWp system produces 35,500kWh per annum and saves 18 tonnes of CO2.
