Greenford Quay is one of the UK’s largest Build-to-Rent schemes and is bringing the currently derelict 20 acre site back to life.

With 1,965 new homes across seven main buildings this high quality development features courtyard gardens, gyms, roof terraces and resident lounges.

Built to the highest of standards and fully compliant with both Part L of the Building Regulations and the London Plan, we worked with Red Electric Designs Ltd for Tide Construction. Our 58.56 kWp Solar PV system features 196 solar panels mounted on the large un-shaded flat roofs of the two new Phase 1 blocks containing 379 new apartments.

Grid-tied to the Landlord’s supply, the majority of the solar electricity generated is used in the buildings, thereby minimising their grid electricity requirement and saving 22 tons of CO2 per annum.
